What payment method do you accept? TOP
Credit Cards: I accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover.
PayPal: I also accept PayPal.
Checks: I am currently NOT set up to accept checks. If you have a PayPal account it DOES allow you to pay by echeck.
Money Orders: if you do not have a PayPal account or major credit card and would still like to order, you can select to pay with Money Order at cart checkout! Please message me after you place your order!
I paid by echeck, it's been a week and I still have NOT received my order? TOP
If you pay by echeck, PLEASE be aware this is a great way to make payment, but PayPal takes 7 to 9 days to process your check. I am aware PayPal takes the funds immediately from your checking account. It is NOTHING on my end, it is PayPal. As soon as your echeck clears, I will ship your order.
How do you package products to ship? TOP
I attach the bows to a thick cardstock to prevent the bows from sliding around and getting damaged. I also wrap the items in tissue paper...it's like opening a gift!
I then place it in a box and make sure nothing will slide around, again. We all know how rough the USPS can be when handling packages! When I am sure it will get to you safe and sound, I tape the box shut!
What shipping method do you use? TOP
I use USPS First Class Mail. You should get your order in 3-5 business days after item ships.
Do you offer PRIORITY MAIL SERVICE? TOP
Need your bows, flowers, & clippies in 2-3 days?
Yes, I offer Priority Shipping Service. At Cart Checkout, click on
ADD PRIORITY SHIPPING.
Otherwise your bows, flowers, & clippies will be mailed first class.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are purchasing on a Friday, your order will be mailed Monday.
If Monday is a Holiday, then it will be mailed Tuesday.
I cannot ship SATURDAY, our Post Office is only open Monday-Friday! Sorry!
Do you offer EXPRESS or OVERNIGHT SHIPPING SERVICE? TOP
Yes, I offer Overnight Shipping Service. PLEASE message me! I will gladly add it to your order!

Can I add insurance to my order? TOP
You can add insurance to your order! At cart checkout there is an option that says, ADD INSURANCE. Click on add insurance and select the amount of insurance you want to purchase.
Do you except refunds? TOP
No, I do not except refunds. What you see in the pictures is really what you will get in the mail! If you like the picture, you will love it in your little girl's hair!!! If you are worried about damage or it getting lost in the mail from the USPS. PLEASE, add insurance. I do go the extra mile to prevent damage! Please read question about packaging if you are worried!!!
What is the the bow or flower attached to? TOP
All bows or flowers are attached to an alligator clip. Unless you request a french clip!
What's this about VELCRO? TOP
I add a little piece of velcro underneath the inside of the alligator/french clip to prevent it from slipping or moving from your little girl's hair. Believe me, this works miracles for those of you that have daughters with fine hair. Nothing's worse than having your daughter all dressed up and having to fix her hair a bajillion millions times! You CANNOT see the velcro when the bow, flower or clippie is in your little one's hair.
I see a headband in the picture, is it included in the order? TOP
No, the headband is NOT included. I am just showing examples of the bows, flowers or clippies being attached to a headband or to hair. I do write in the description area of the item that the headband is not included. Sorry, if you were mislead.

NO!!! There is no metal! YAH! This is perfect for your little sporty girl! She can play her sport and still look great with a bow!!!

Do items come from a SMOKE FREE & PET FREE home? TOP
Yes!!! We do NOT smoke! YUCKY! We do have a black labrador/retriever named SAM, but he is an OUTSIDE dog! Poor thing! hee hee! He wishes he could come in, but we don't allow it! So please don't worry about a thing!!!
If I were to order a bow as a gift, could you ship it to the person for me? TOP
YES!!!! I can ship them to the intended person!!! As matter of fact, the way I package them is really cute. I place the bows on a card stock with my business logo and website and then I wraped them in tissue paper & place them in a box...so it's like opening a gift with every order!!! SUPER CUTE!
On my website at cart checkout it asks for the billing address and the shipping address! So you would just fill in the info there. It's really that easy!!!
